Jim has held positions such as Vice President of technology markets, Vice President of sales and marketing and Director of enterprise sales, while working with companies such as Microsoft and Quaero.
Kathryn Gorges is an expert in organization identity clarification, brand development, marketing strategy, marketing and marketing communications planning, and market research. Her rich background includes systems engineer, systems analyst, clothing designer, sales representative, and large systems marketing manager at Amdahl, Stratus, Tandem Computers, Beatrix, and IBM. She earned a BS in Math from William & Mary College, an associate degree from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, an MBA in philosophy from Stanford University, and an MBA degree from Santa Clara University.
Kim helps our clients create people and process strategies for marketing maturity. She has managed initiatives in communication strategy and development through positions at Collective Brain Trust, BBDO, and Accenture, including Vice President of Corporate Consulting and Director of Strategy, Development and Communications. Kim earned her BA degree in Advertising at BYU, a Master’s degree in Media and Communications at NYU, and an executive certificate for Public and Nonprofit Leadership from Georgetown University.
